LIMITATIONS

These warranties do not provide protection against any failure, defect or damage caused by situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, including but not limited to:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect or improper handing or storage
• Improper Installation
• Movementm, distortion, collapse or settling of the ground or structure on which the fencing, decking or railing is installed
• Failure to provide reasonable and necessary care of product
• Impact of foreign objects, fire, wind, flood, earthquake, lightning, hail, hurrican, tornado or other casualty or act of God
• Discoloration or other damage caused by air pollution (including by not limited to metal oxides or metallic particles) mildew, exposure to harmful chemicals or normal weathering from the elements: exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather and atmosphere which will cause any colored surface to gradually fade,chalk or accumulate dirt of stains.

Westech: Transfer of ownership- Warranty converts to a 50 Year (Non-prorated) Limited Warranty

Transfer of ownership within the original 30 year period-Lifetime coverage would apply

CLAIMS & REMEDIES

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED IN WRITING. INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFO:

• Name, Address
• Proof of Property Ownership
• Invoice/Bill of Sale w/proof of Date of Purchase

**Detailed Manufactures Warranty cards are available for viewing upon request. The Home Owner will be mailed a card upon Completion of Installation OR upon Purchase of Material (uninstalled).

ALUMINUM FENCE PRODUCTS are covered by Ultra Aluminum Mfg. Inc. guarantee: Every Ultra fence is guaranteed by our Lifetime Warrany. This guarantee covers our products against defects in workmanship and materials, as well as chipping, peeling or cracking of the Polyester TGIC finish for as long as you own your fence.

STEEL FENCES have a 10 year limited warranty offered by Ameristar

VINY ARBORS, MAILBOX POST AND SIGNS are covered by the New England Arbor's 20-year Warranty
