Vinyl products resist most common household stains like oil and grease. They will accumulate dirt from time to time and chalk may also accumulate. Mildew can be a problem in some areas. It may appear as black spots on the surface and is usually first seen in areas with limited exposure to rainfall. For removal, prepare this solution: (CAUTION: Greater concentrations may cause damage to vinyl materials)

1/3 C laundry detergent (Tide, for example)
2/3 C Trisodium Phosphate (Soilax, for example)
1 Qt 5% Sodium Hypochlorite (Clorox, for example)
3 Qts Water
