Vinyl
fencing and decking:
Vinyl
products resist most common household stains like oil and grease.
They will accumulate dirt from time to time and chalk may also
accumulate. This is normal and can simply be removed with a garden
hose and a bucket of soapy water. If a stubborn stain remains,
contact Upright Fence for a product recommendation.
Mildew
can be a problem in some areas. It may appear as black spots
on the surface and is usually first seen in areas with limited
exposure to rainfall. For removal, prepare this solution: (CAUTION: Greater
concentrations may cause damage to vinyl materials)
1/3 C laundry detergent (Tide, for example)
2/3 C Trisodium Phosphate (Soilax, for example)
1 Qt 5% Sodium Hypochlorite (Clorox, for example)
3 Qts Water
